At BM25, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that your shopping experience remains as seamless and stylish as our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BM25 account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
